The Canadian EPR Forum: Promoting dialogue and understanding across the EPR chain
The Canadian EPR Forum
Promoting dialogue and understanding across the EPR chain.
We are pleased to welcome you to the 2026 Canadian EPR Forum at the Château Frontenac in Quebec City, September 14-16, 2026. We look forward to seeing you there!
More details to come!
Since 2005, the Canadian Stewardship Conference has been Canada’s premier forum for exchanging information and ideas on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). For the past two decades, governments around the world have introduced EPR regulations in various forms. Today, EPR is integral to many, if not most, businesses. The challenge now is to make it work. What’s next for EPR in Canada and elsewhere
The 2026 Canadian EPR Forum, presented by the Canadian Stewardship Council, will take place at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Québec City, Canada, from 14–16 September 2026.
Building on more than two decades of the Canadian Stewardship Conference, the Forum will bring together industry, government, stewardship organisations, service providers and other stakeholders to discuss the evolution of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the Circular Economy in Canada and beyond.
The event is expected to gather over 500 delegates and will focus on the responsibilities of producers and partners in financing and managing the end-of-life treatment of products and packaging. An optional technical tour will also offer participants the opportunity to visit the Machinex Campus and the Consignaction Depot, showcasing advanced sorting, manufacturing, deposit return and collection infrastructure in Québec.
